Applications for the subsidy must be submitted online via <a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">myGuichet.lu<\/a> before the 30<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-light-green-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Starting a project?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Klimapakt fir Betriber measure <a href=\"https:\/\/klimapaktfirbetriber.lu\/en\/measures\/charging-infrastructure-for-ev-on-company-premises\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cInstalling a charging infrastructure for electric vehicles on company premises\u201d<\/a> guides you through the key steps and procedures involved in successfully implementing your project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is eligible for the subsidies?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any small and medium-sized business which are legally established in Luxembourg and comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the terms and conditions that apply<\/a>. The charging infrastructure to which the aid application pertains must satisfy the following criteria. It must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be <strong>powered<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fully by <strong>renewable electricity<\/strong> only, as defined by law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if located on public or private property owned by the State or communal authorities: be powered under the terms of <strong>renewable electricity purchase agreements<\/strong> as defined by law, entered into with renewable electricity producers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remain <strong>operational<\/strong> for at least <strong>5 years<\/strong> from the time it is brought into service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not be intended for <strong>resale<\/strong> or <strong>rental<\/strong>, with the exception of lease agreements that provide for the lessee to purchase the infrastructure at the end of the agreement;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each company can only submit <strong>one subsidy application per year<\/strong> and <strong>per project, <\/strong>no later than the <strong>30<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the subsidy has been granted, the charging infrastructure must be brought into service within <strong>18 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Full details are available on <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/regime-pme\/aide-infrastructures-charges-portees-pme.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myGuichet.lu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maximum amount of financial aid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount of the aid is calculated <strong>based on the eligible project costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each project, the <strong>maximum intensity of the aid<\/strong> <strong>is<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for a <strong>medium-sized enterprise<\/strong>: <strong>40%<\/strong> of eligible costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for a <strong>small enterprise<\/strong>: <strong>50%<\/strong> of eligible costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The total amount of the aid granted to any one company may not exceed <strong>EUR 100,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: The subsidy must have an incentive effect.
